電灯を買っても、電力会社が契約を迫ることはない。
携帯電話をもってても、ドコモが契約を迫ることはない。
世の中の契約という契約すべては、あくまで個人の意志。



滞納が続く世帯には、電気や電話が
そうであるように、電波を停めれば済む話。
すでにBSやCS放送でやっているスクランブル化を施せってこった。
停める物理的構造がいまだにないのは、単にNHKの怠慢。


そもそも、公共ってのは、広くに押し付けることではない。

契約したい意思のある万人に分け隔てなく
平等にサービスを提供する使命であり、
ダダ漏れにして対価を強要することではない。
