日本を幼児化させているのは「もしナニナニがシカジカすればどうするのか。誰が責任をとるのか」という論議にほかならない。不慮の事件事故は防ぐべきだが一般の良民常民の頭ならばナニナニはシカジカしないのだ。ナニナニをシカジカしてしまうような連中を、昔の人々は馬鹿と分類して、それなりのつきあいかたをしたのである。しかし今は馬鹿の声が大きいので、良民常民の世間は狭くなるばかりだ。
